Additional Fees: In addition to the annual membership fee, seminar participation fees and donations may apply; however, these are based on individual discretion, and the Association does not require them.

Exchanges and Returns (Refund Policy): The annual membership fee is valid for one year, and withdrawal during the fiscal year is not permitted. Refunds for seminar fees are subject to the terms outlined in the Terms of Use (fees are typically collected on the day of the seminar; we do not require advance payment, and payment is due based on actual participation). Donations are non-refundable.
